Policies and Rates

Pets and service animals are welcome, however the owner is fully responsible for any damages.  If the the bedding, furniture or carpets must be cleaned due to pet hair or stains, a $100 cleaning fee will be assessed. Additional charges will be assessed to replace or repair furniture, carpets or bedding damaged by chewing, scratching or stains. No more that 2 pets per rental unit. Pets cannot be left unattended in the rooms, even crated due to barking.

All of our facilities are non smoking.

A 50% deposit is required at the time the reservation is made.  The deposit will be refunded with 10 days notice.  There are no refunds for early checkouts in the summer season.  Note the refund policy below for stays during special events.

Sales tax will be added to all lodging charges.  Sales tax varies between 8 ½% and 11% due to changes in the local Haines Borough Rates.

Prices cover 4 occupants, additional occupants are $10 each.

There is a two day minimum stay during special events such as the State Fair, Beer Festival, Bike Relay, Bald Eagle Festival or Alcan 200. Deposits for these events will be refunded with 30 days notice.
